All our products are handcrafted by the artisans associated with Libaaz by Jugnu. The products are prepared on order-basis and go through a proper and rigorous routine of quality checks before being shipped out. To protect the interests of our artisans, we do not accept any cancellations and returns as all the orders are processed immediately.
If you are unhappy with the sizing, then you can write to us on contact@libaazbyjugnu.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange, returns, cancellations or refunds. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
After referring to a size chart to select the best size that suits you that each design is unique, and and so, you should refer to the detailed description for descriptive sizing of the product.
